SOONER CON: Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth at Sooner Con in Oklahoma City! It was a low-key sci-fi convention, and a fun way to dip my toe back into the convention circuit. I've missed it greatly!! I don't know if I'll have an art table at Sooner Con again, since it was more of a trade show for up-and-coming comic book artists and small publishers, but it was fun nonetheless. If I go back next year, it'll be to support JediOKC and help at the club table.
I've decided that I will try to jump back into the anime con scene. I think that by next summer I will be financially stable enough to hit a few cons, and I definitely want to pursue an art table at some! I'm hoping that my hubby and I can pop into Tokyo in Tulsa next month for Saturday. And who knows what the future holds after that... yay!
NEW ART: I managed to do a few new pieces for Sooner Con, and I'll be uploading them ASAP. I'm continuing to do anime fan art, but I'm also trying to do some sci-fi and fantasy fan art too (a first for me). All still in my own anime-ish style. xD I have some other fun ideas working also...
LATEST OBSESSION: So, I know a million other people are reading "Fifty Shades of Grey" but OMFG. SO. MUCH. FUN. I just finished the final book today and wow. I do NOT read romance normally, but this is definitely not your usual romance. xD If you haven't read it yet, I highly encourage anyone interested to do so. I have some smexy ideas for art stemming from the books...we'll see how it goes. Fifty shades of inspiring!

Hello there. I am sorry to bother you but I am trying to help spread around this petition to save the animated show Star Wars The Clone Wars. As you might have already heard, the show has been cancelled as of Disney's aquistion of the Star wars franchise. While I believe this is a long shot, people right now are trying to persuade disney not to cancel the show and allow them to continue creating everything they had originally planned. It is said that they had plans to take the show to an eight season if possible. Right now they plan to only release two arcs for the so called bonus content and neither of them reveal the fates of Ahsoka, Ventress, Maul, or Rex. They were even suppose to make a bounty hunter arc that revealed the fates of Cad Bane and Aurra Sing but now that won't be shown. To leave The Clone Wars unfinished would mean leaving all this characters in limbo. Dave Filoni and his team deserve to finish leaving their mark on Star Wars after everything they have done.
For the sake of continuity in the Star Wars universe, as well as a good show, I ask you to sign the petition by going to through the link below to help save the Clone Wars.
